Inject Moldable Foams
Beaded foams are designed to be inject molded in a variety of densities, depending upon the application and bead composition. Moldable beads are available in EPS (expanded polystyrene), and also in copolymer beads; EPP (expanded Polypropylene), EPE (expanded polyethylene), Arcel (proprietary blend) and several others. These types of moldable foams are used in applications including automotive countermeasures, functional parts, fillers, medical, and packaging.
